The conversion factor we apply is exact, but every download-time figure is an estimate. Actual transfer speeds depend on your hardware, your provider, the remote server and network conditions we cannot see. The site is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision with financial or operational consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including a download that took longer than the estimate suggested.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or reproduce the site wholesale as your own. Automated access at a reasonable rate is fine.

The design, text and code of this site belong to us. The underlying facts — that a byte is eight bits, for instance — belong to everyone.
